This role focuses on managing and delivering complex projects aligned with the target operating model, with a particular emphasis on business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and effectively support the organisations strategic goals, fostering positive relationships and offering practical solutions along the way.
- Proven experience in Project Management within am operational transformation environment
- Strong understanding of target operating models
- Key projects will include a Target Operation Model restructure and integrations so experience in these areas will be key
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
