WPR is excited to be working with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who is looking to recruit an Actuarial Analyst into its London office.
The Actuarial Analyst will be responsible for reserving, technical modelling and analysis for a range of classes predominantly property and specialty classes. The role will include the technical delivery of work and the communication of findings to various stakeholders across the business including, finance, underwriting, risk and claims.
Key duties will include;
- Responsibility for preparing reserving estimates and projections, on an ultimate, GAAP and Solvency II basis for all classes of business
- Responsible for the inputs to various regulatory returns including the ASR, QSR, SF return
- Provide actuarial input to the pricing models of the Syndicate, where appropriate
The successful candidate will have experience of the Lloyd's market and be either a qualified or part-qualified actuary.
