- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within technology and transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in the Lloyd's market or insurance broking industry is advantageous
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
