Enterprise Agile & Product Coach

Are you an experienced Product Owner looking to become an Agile Coach with a passion for transforming organisational practices and fostering a collaborative, customer-centric culture? My client are seeking a dedicated professional to support the development of agile and product-led capabilities within a leading insurer. This hybrid role involves guiding leadership teams and cross-functional groups across the UK, helping to embed scalable, effective delivery practices, and advocate for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, product managers, and teams to enhance delivery maturity, adopt product-first strategies, and promote a coaching culture grounded in trust and psychological safety.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience coaching teams and leaders in product delivery, with proven organisational capability improvements
  • Experience coaching agile at scale across multiple teams and complex enterprise environments
  • Extensive background in implementing product operating models, including shaping structures, roles, and governance
  • Strong knowledge of product management, discovery, hypothesis-driven development, and backlog prioritisation
  • Recognised agile coaching qualifications (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and emotional intelligence skills
  • Adaptive coaching style, proactive mindset, and high emotional intelligence for fostering a positive team environment
