Significant experience in a Financial Analyst role, ideally within insurance/FS

Practical knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Proficiency in Excel, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis

Relevant qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
