WPR is delighted to be partnered with a leading insurer who is looking to recruit a Finance Change Manager. There are 2 positions for this role one being permanent and the other being contract which based in London.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Pro-actively working with the Finance Operations team to imbed change into their day-to-day activities by assessing changes and the impact to processes and activities in key transformational projects and small change.
- Identify, engage and manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management.
- Define and execute communication plans for various stakeholder groups (including timely, accurate and appropriate status reports, presentations of outcomes, key risks and issues etc.)
- Leverage comms and stakeholder groups to manage and/or escalate any risks and issues to the project delivery (resources and/or deliverables, interdependencies).
This role will suit somebody who can demonstrate experience of Finance ERP systems, including general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury systems/modules.
