WPR are working with an establish Lloyd's insurer who are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their finance team based in London.
In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for key insurance segments. You will play a vital part in annual budgeting, forecasting, and reserving activities, ensuring accurate financial insights are shared across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in FP&A within the insurance sector, to contribute to a company that values innovation and continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in general insurance (ideally Lloyd's Market)
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modelling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Experience in internal reporting (revenue / FP&A)
- Qualified Accountant (desirable) or PowerBI experience (preferred)
