WPR is working with a growing Lloyd's insurer who are looking for a permanent Group Reporting Manager based in London. This role is perfect for a candidate with comprehensive experience in external reporting within the insurance sector, especially those with a background in in group accounting.
The role will include:

Managing the Group Finance function day-to-day, including accounts payable and financial close

Preparing high-quality monthly management and financial reports (GAAP, IFRS, Lloyd’s, Solvency II)

Leading expense management, budgets, and forecasts

Supporting audits, group financial statements, and regulatory reporting

Driving process improvements and finance systems implementation

Coaching and developing junior team members
What they’re looking for:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified.

Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, Lloyd’s and Solvency II reporting

Experience in insurance / Lloyd’s market is highly desirable
-
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
