You’ll play a crucial role in managing large-scale transformation projects, ensuring they align with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing multiple projects, deep stakeholder engagement, and expertise in change frameworks like PROSCI or Agile.
- Proven experience in building and managing change management functions and governance frameworks
- Strong background in IT program and project management, both Agile and waterfall
- Experience with M&A integration and platform migrations in highly acquisitive environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation
- Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and digital platforms
- Formal certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PROSCI, or ITIL are desirable
