WPR are pleased to be working with a key Lloyd's Insurer who are looking for a IBA QA & Best Practice Lead. This is a permanent role based in London.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform quality assurance via end-to-end reviews of IBA processes across internal and external functions, providing detailed and concise analysis to the teams driving a best practice culture
  • Utilising analytical and process improvement skills alongside an in-depth understanding of IBA functions within London market specialty business, plan, develop, coordinate and execute process improvement reviews and analysis of current practices ensuring our people have the best chance to succeed with the optimal processes
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of IBA to provide them with continual constructive data insights and analysis, allowing for process changes and improvements to be made in accordance with wider strategic goals within the function

This role will suit somebody with:

  • 5+ years London Market IBA experience
  • Experience of quality assurance process implementation
  • Process Improvement experience
  • Strong Client and Market communication skills
