Lead Project Manager

We are excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated Lead Project Manager to join a dynamic Lloyd's market insurance company based in the City of London. In this key role, you will oversee and steer complex projects ensuring seamless delivery and strategic alignment as well as leading a team of 5 PMs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, and project scope, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency. This is a fantastic chance to lead impactful projects within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably focusing on business and process change.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - ideally experience managing teams of 5 or 6.
  • Lloyd's insurance market experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
Benefits: 
Up to £125,000 per year (plus benefits and bonus)
