- Proven experience in MDM or data management roles, particularly in a Lead or managerial capacity
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and best practices
- Experience working within the insurance or Run Off industry is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Background working with data governance, quality, and compliance
