Senior FP&A Analyst

WPR is pleased to be partnered with a London insurer who is looking to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst. This is a permanent role based in London. 
 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead analysis of the divisions results, working closely with the broader FPA& team, regional FP&A leads and the business planning community to better understand the key business drivers
• Contribute to the financial governance undertaken across the Divisional FP&A team.
• Actively participate in projects to drive the FP&A function forward.
   

This role will suit:

• FP&A specific skills and experience, including fluency in FP&A tools, variance & trend analysis, understanding of driver based planning and predictive forecasting.
• Experience with reporting / consolidation / planning systems (e.g. HFM, Anaplan) and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• A proactive, self-starter and self-motivator, that is adaptable in a fast-moving global environment with the capacity to manage time, work to tight deadlines, prioritise and adjust to changing requirements.
