We are delighted to being working with a major (re)insurance group who are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects within a dynamic run-off environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, budgets, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your expertise will help shape strategic decisions, support business case development, and foster strong stakeholder relationships, all while guiding and mentoring team members to achieve project success.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects within a technology or transformation environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource estimates
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coaching and leading teams, including less experienced project managers
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities
This role offers a competitive salary of up to $155,000 + 15% STI.
