WPR is working with a leading Lloyd's insurer who are looking for a Syndicate accountant on a perm basis based in the City of London with 2/3 days a week.
This role will cover a number of key responsibilities such as the maintenance of Syndicate accounting records, production of management information and Lloyd’s regulatory reporting.
Skills/Experience
- Newly or Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent technical experience
- Sound experience within Syndicate Accounting and a detailed knowledge of investment accounting and IFRS/UK GAAP for insurance.
- Proven financial, analytical and organisational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Word skills and knowledge of Lloyd’s software.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all dealings with Syndicate information.
- Ability to take ownership and work effectively both within the team and engaging with the wider business.
