WPR are proud to be partnered with an established Lloyd's Insurer who are looking for a dedicated Syndicate Change Lead on a 12-month FTC basis in London. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, 2/3 days in office.
You will play a key part in reviewing, streamlining and transforming financial reporting processes for syndicates, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s, PRA, and Solvency II standards. Your expertise in reporting, particularly within Syndicates, plus a solid background in accounting and finance change will help drive automation, improve data integrity and embed best practices across reporting cycles.

Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA)

Extensive experience in reporting within syndicates and Lloyd’s accounting rules (preferrable)

Proven track record in process improvement and finance transformation

Skilled in automation tools and advanced Excel proficiency

Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
