WPR are working with a growing Lloyd's insurer who are looking for an experienced Technical Accountant to join their accounting team. They’re offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000, plus an attractive benefits package.
Some of the tasks you will be involved in are:
- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly technical journals – Gross and RI; premiums, commissions and claims, including IBNR
- Assist with the delivery of internal management reporting in a timely and accurate manner including internal management accounts and consolidated group accounts
- Support the finance transformation activities
Our client is looking for someone who is:
- Qualified or part qualified
- Lloyd's insurance market experience (ideally syndicate background/knowledge)
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
