- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or AMOA within the insurance sector
- Strong analytical skills and organisational ability
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken
- Solid understanding of business processes and digital transformation
- Proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Degree equivalent to a 2- or 3-year higher education diploma
- Keen interest in insurance data models and products (nice-to-have)
