I’ve worked at WPR since June 2018, starting off as a candidate resourcer when the company was still in start-up mode, working my up to Managing Consultant helping to lead my team. My recruitment area is Projects and Technology, working with underwriting, broking and insurtech clients to place roles ranging from Business Analysts and Project Managers up to Heads of IT and Change.
It’s an area I enjoy recruiting in to as it is a diverse and dynamic vertical with new changes and technologies to learn about every day. It’s ever-changing area by nature which helps to keep things interesting. My key attributes responsible for the array of positive feedback I’ve had from both clients and candidate are dedication, transparency, and communication.
Outside of work I like to get outdoors as much as I can and enjoy hiking and exploring the UK’s national parks. I like to keep myself up to date with current political and financial affairs and have a keen interest in history.
