James Pepe has actively recruited into the Insurance sector since 2010 placing talent into IT, Transformation and Operations departments.
At WPR, he manages the Technology and Transformation division working with insurers, brokers, insurtechs and software providers, helping them to define their recruitment strategy and build high-performing transformative teams.
