Niall Wynne has actively recruited into the Insurance sector since 2010, placing senior candidates into Finance, Regulatory and Transformation departments.
At WPR Niall leads the Finance division and works closely with insurers, brokers, rating agencies, and legacy insurers in helping them to define their recruitment strategy and build high-performing teams.
Niall is a hands-on Director with a wealth of experience in the sector and is able to coach, develop and offer direction to the team of consultants.
Outside of work, Niall is a qualified Mental Health First Aider, junior cricket coach and very engaged in the local community.
